REAL ESTATE
We assist national and foreign investors and institutions in real estate acquisitions and management of real estate portfolios. The Firm handles all legal aspects of the acquisition's financial structure, the management and lease contracts, including related legal and administrative law due diligence.
CORPORATE LAW
Legal assistance on general corporate law matters, with particular reference to the selection and assessment of the corporate structure and start-up activities; we also provide support in the day-to-day ordinary management of the companies in favour of the shareholders, management and internal bodies and committees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Legal assistance in the protection of intangible assets, trade secrets and Know-How. Assistance on registration of trademarks and patents at an Italian, European or international level.
M&A, PRIVATE EQUITY
We provide legal assistance in the structuring of the transactions, drafting of the contractual documentation and we support our clients in any negotiation stages, activities aimed at satisfying the corporate, regulatory and antitrust requirements, completion of the transactions.
BUSINESS CONTRACTS
We assist our clients in drafting and negotiating business contracts mainly regarding Information Technology, construction, metalworking as well as engineering and design.
LITIGATIONS
We assist Italian and foreign clients in judicial and arbitration litigation proceedings in the civil and commercial sectors, mostly on corporate law; business contracts; intellectual property; professional negligence; liability; property law; division of joint tenancy.

Marco A. Vendramini
Marco advises Italian and international clients (institutional investors, large corporations and family offices, funds) on national and cross-border extraordinary transactions including private equity, industrial and fashion M&As, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate law matters.
He also developed experience in the context of the most complex real estate transactions, investment, divestment, asset management and development of real estate portfolios, trophy assets, offices, retails, logistics, industrial and senior living.
Graduated in Law (Hons) from the Padua University School of Law (Italy) in 2010, admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013 and he gained experience at Chiomenti law firm based in Milan.
He speaks English and German.
Francesco Dorigiola
Francesco deals with business contracts on daily basis. He gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business contracts regarding Information Technology, construction, metalworking as well as engineering and design.
He also assists companies with GDPR compliance, protection of trade secrets, and e-commerce systems.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in judicial and arbitration litigation proceedings, in the civil, corporate law and commercial sectors, mostly about business contracts; liability; property litigation.
Graduated in Law from the Padua University School of Law (Italy) with a thesis in financial market law in 2010, admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013, he is a licensed lawyer in Italy (since 2013).
He speaks English.
